- Mentor employees and support their growth.
- Collaborate with QA, Supply Chain, Engineering, and R&D to improve processes.
- Oversee equipment commissioning, process improvements, and digital initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in food, dairy, or infant nutrition manufacturing
- Proven success leading teams and solving complex operational challenges
- Strong understanding of GMP/HACCP/CFIA/FDA requirements
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, ERP, or MES systems
