The Baked Goods Products Machine Operator is responsible for preparing a variety of pastries, cakes, desserts and other dough. The ideal candidate is well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for sweet and delicious creations.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and present a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Monitor stocks for baking ingredients
• Maintain a high level of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance of the work area.
• Maintain the kitchen cleanliness and sanitise it at all times.
• Comply baking and equipment procedure with the established standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the pastry central production department
• A good team player who works well with others
• Positive attitude
• Multi-tasking and good attitude.
• Able to work in fast pace environment during peak hours.
• Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.
• Required to work on night shift, weekends & public holidays.
• Able to work OT if required.
