This is a full-time permanent role with a hybrid work arrangement.
Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Senior Manager, Accounting will play a leadership role in strengthening financial operations and promoting process excellence within the finance function. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the organization's financial records, as well as optimizing key accounting processes, including fixed asset accounting, revenue recognition, supplier rebates, and payroll reconciliations, while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal controls in accordance with Regulation 52-109. This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end processes, manage and develop a high-performing team, and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to support strategic initiatives.
