SteS is looking for full-time Housing Manager based in Chase, BC.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Administration, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering a comprehensive housing and property management program, with accountability for operations, staff leadership, policy compliance, financial oversight, and long-term housing development that supports the community and aligns with Band Council direction.
In this position, you will be primarily responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and strategic planning of the Housing Department, overseeing Band-owned and rental housing, coordinating housing projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting tenants and homeowners across the community.

To qualify, you will need a post-secondary degree or diploma in Property Management, Business Administration, Construction, or a related field, along with 5+ years of progressive experience in housing or property management, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
