In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving store performance, leading a dynamic team, and delivering best-in-class customer experiences. You’ll be a coach, a motivator, a strategist, and someone who leads by example on the sales floor.

• Lead with impact : Support the Store Manager in cultivating a culture of energy, accountability, and excellence.

• Champion the customer experience : Deliver service that sets the bar, and coach others to do the same.
• Own the floor : Be present, be active, and be engaged, spending most of your time where it matters most : with your team and your customers.
• Run operations like a pro : Manage inventory, visual standards, and loss prevention while keeping day-to-day operations seamless.
• Step up when needed : Act as Store Manager in their absence and keep the momentum moving forward.

We're looking for a proven leader who’s passionate about retail, thrives under pressure, and is excited to shape a winning store culture.

2-4 years of management experience in a high-energy retail environment (apparel / footwear preferred).

Strong people leadership, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

Adaptability, resilience, and drive, you thrive on challenge and lead with positivity.

A passion for sports, fashion, and delivering standout customer experiences.
