IM Training & Support Officer – State Government Department

Fremantle | $–$ per hour + Super | Full-Time Hours | 6-Month Contract | ASAP start

We are seeking an experienced IM Training & Support Officer to join a state government department in their Fremantle-based office. This role supports the department’s Information Management (IM) and EDRMS environment through training, user support and quality information practices. If you’re someone who thrives in structured Information Management environments, enjoys helping others build capability, and takes pride in ensuring information is managed correctly and compliantly—this is your gig.

About the Role

Working within a collaborative and customer-focused Information Services team, you will :

  • Assist in the delivery and development of training for users of the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) and associated IM systems.
  • Support the development of training materials, knowledge base content and user guidelines to uplift IM capability across the Department.
  • Assist with user support, helping staff confidently adopt best-practice IM processes and system functionality.
  • Promote general records and information management awareness, contributing to a consistent, compliant and high-quality IM environment.

This position is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in information management, training delivery, records systems, or corporate knowledge support within a government or large organisation.
