Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform front-end brake services, shocks, and wheel alignments.
- Safely remove, install, and repair tires on passenger and light truck vehicles, including balancing and diagnosing issues.
- Use alignment machines, flush machines, and perform oil, lube, and filter services.
- Conduct mechanical inspections and services, following work order procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications and Success Factors
- Completion of Automotive Technician Program or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work actively throughout the day.
- Commitment to safety, including PPE usage and following protocols.
