A leading utility contractor in Calgary is looking for a Salesforce CRM Specialist to design and build on their Salesforce platform. This role requires 3 years of Salesforce development experience, a strong understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally, ensuring platform alignment with business goals and automating processes while maintaining data integrity. This position provides competitive compensation of $95,000 - $120,000 annually and comprehensive benefits.
Our Corporate Strategy group is currently looking to add a Salesforce CRM Specialist to our growing team, based in Calgary, AB (or potentially Edmonton, AB or Toronto, ON).
Reporting to the Director of AI & Business Transformation, we are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to serve as a hands-on developer supporting the build-out of our new operational Salesforce platform while also acting as administrator for the existing commercial Salesforce environment to ensure successful platform development while equipping P&L owners and the Commercial team with accurate pipeline insights and analysis.
This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the go-to-market strategy, and operational delivery is managed through Salesforce. Overall, the role collaborates cross functionally to translate business needs into high performing system designs and drives continuous improvement through automation, data integrity, and Salesforce best practices.
