Insight Global is hiring a Technical Delivery Lead to define and oversee the architecture for deploying a critical third-party Anti-Money Laundering (AML) application on Microsoft Azure. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technology solution and set direction for the technology development through Production deployment and support transition to BAU. You will be building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners and vendors, and provide guidance and direction on the optimal technology solution or services to meet the business needs. This role will typically work in partnership with project/program Delivery lead and will aid in supporting the technology team to meet commitments and delivery on the project/program objectives.

Skills and Requirements

• Experience supporting AML platforms – Name Screening (e.g. Actimize, Watch List Management etc.)
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus or Kafka for message handling.
• Previous project management experience will be an added advantage
• Hands on experience in working on implementation plans , roll out activities and Disaster recovery plans before go live deployments.
• Worked closely with vendors to address any issue with Kubernetes containerized delivery options.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge on containerized deployments AKS.
• Prior experience of handling new data sources for transformation/mapping work.
• Prior knowledge of Storage – Azure Managed Disks and netApp for NFS storage. At TD we use PV-blob, file disk. - Familiarity with OpenShift or other Kubernetes distributions.
• Knowledge of Azure Service Bus or Kafka for messaging architecture.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipeline design using Azure DevOps.
• Background in AML platforms (e.g., Actimize, Watch List Management).
• Understanding of storage architecture (Azure Managed Disks, NetApp NFS).
