About the Role

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a project. This role is responsible for overseeing the replacement of a legacy case management and trust accounting system with Microsoft Dynamics (CRM and Financial components).

The Senior Project Manager will provide delivery leadership for a large, complex, in-flight enterprise project, working with an external vendor and internal GoA teams using a hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery model. The role is focused on vendor accountability, risk management, and successful delivery of the solution on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall delivery oversight and coordination across multiple teams and workstreams
• Act as the integrating delivery lead, aligning Agile sprint execution with the Waterfall release plan
• Manage vendor timelines, deliverables, quality, and contractual commitments
• Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and governance artefacts
• Lead project meetings, document decisions, and ensure follow-up on action items
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate testing, data migration, training, and change management activities
• Ensure privacy, security, and compliance requirements are met
• Provide clear, timely status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Support go-live planning, cutover, stabilization, and post-implementation activities

Skills and Experience

Project Management and Delivery

• 8+ years of experience managing large, complex IT or application development projects
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
• Strong experience managing third-party vendors and enterprise stakeholders
• Experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans and project documentation

Communication and Leadership

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills

Tools and Technology

• Experience using Microsoft Project for project scheduling

Education
