We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM applications, with experience analyzing, designing, and implementing enhancements to meet complex business requirements. This role involves collaborating closely with internal clients and external partners, performing technical and root‑cause analyses, creating documentation and testing plans, and identifying opportunities to improve services and efficiency. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with Dynamics 365/CRM, C#, JavaScript, and the Microsoft .NET Framework, as well as hands‑on experience with Swagger, Web API services, and PowerShell scripting. Expertise in source control systems, including advanced branching and merging techniques, is essential. Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services—including Front Door, APIM, B2C, and Power Apps—is a strong asset. • Contribute to the development and configuration of the core Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 application.
• Analyze, design, and implement enhancements to meet business requirements.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients and external counterparts.
• Perform technical and root‑cause analysis on issues, providing recommendations for correction.
• Create working procedures, documentation on solutions, and populate knowledge databases, including testing plans and results.
• Identify opportunities to improve services, efficiency, and capacity for clients.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements during application support and maintenance.
• Perform other related activities and deliverables as required.

• University degree or College diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of development experience with Dynamics 365/CRM (version 2016 or greater).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with JavaScript and C# within Visual Studio.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Developer, including recent experience with Microsoft .NET Framework.
• Demonstrated experience working with Swagger and Web API services.
• Experience writing programming scripts using PowerShell.
• Strong knowledge of source control systems, including advanced branching and merging techniques (e.g., TFS, SVN, CVS).

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Front Door, APIM, B2C, and Power Apps.
