Sr. .Net Developer - Windows Desktop Developer

Our client is an IT Services and Consulting firm, located in Toronto area. They have lots of work so requires another pair of hands for a new project. Looking for a Windows Desktop Developer.

Location and Length

Location: Remote - only occasional visit to Oakville ONT office

Length: 6 months to start - Good chance of an extension or fulltime

Target Rate: $70-90hr B2B

Role

This role involves working with our lead software developer on specific custom software projects. The position requires extensive experience in a specific software development architecture, strong problem-solving skills. Work in a team of 3.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
• Assist our lead developer on various client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with client business analysts, designers, to define project requirements.
• Optimize and maintain existing systems for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
