Acquire BPO is currently looking for a Solutions Engineer to support RingCentral. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in:

1. Providing pre-sales technical and sales support for accounts in your segment.
2. Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of all RingCentral applications and products.
3. Assisting the SE team with hardware and software lab testing.
4. Answering technical questions for SMB sales teams.
5. Performing Proof of Concept (POC) onboarding support for SMB opportunities.
6. Continuing education on the platform and underlying technologies.
7. Presenting ongoing product training for small business sales teams.
8. Transferring industry, technical, and product knowledge to internal and external teams.
9. Staying up-to-date on relevant competitive solutions, products, and services.
10. Developing advanced system configurations and implementations based on customer needs.
11. Managing customer feature requests, including documentation, prioritization, and driving feature development with the product team.

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Mitel experience is preferred but not required.
• Action-oriented with strong initiative.
• Willingness to take ownership of accounts and coordinate across teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
• Knowledge of VoIP network architecture, protocols (SIP, RTP, HTTP/S), and solutions.
• Pre-sales experience and strong telecommunications background are a plus.
• Understanding of software development technologies is desirable.
• Availability to work night US hours.
