Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience (asset).
• Must be able to read schematics & manuals in English.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel to the United States for training purposes.

• Travel extensively within assigned areas for service work.

Field Service Technician (Full-time, Permanent)

Location: North of Montreal, Central Montreal, South Shore

Travel: Spending about 90% of time on the road and going home. No overnight.

Hours: 40 hr. work week + potential overtime.

Base salary: $25 - $40/per hour – based on experience.

Scope of Position

This position interfaces with other Service Technicians, Service Area Managers, Regional Service Manager, Parts Manager and Parts Department staff, Service Dispatchers, Service Data Entry staff and various Branch Sales and Service personnel in the resolution of equipment installations, equipment problems, Customer Relations and at times, Service Administration problems.
