The North America Retail Brand Experience (NA RBE) department is a core function of the North America Brand Marketing organization, comprised of three functions: Visual Merchandising and Styling, Store Portfolio and In-store Marketing. We are the storytellers of the brand and product shaping the guest experience through exceptional product presentation, captivating signage and imagery, and a thoughtfully designed store journey. This role reports to the Director, North America Visual Merchandising.
The Sr. Manager, Key Market Visual Merchandising leads the strategy and execution of Visual Merchandising (VM) across key markets and key doors, ensuring brand and product standards are consistently elevated. This role oversees the Key Market team and partners closely with Senior Retail leadership to drive excellence in VM execution, seasonal activations, and store-specific strategies that enhance the customer experience and brand storytelling.

lululemon\'s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $134,100-$176,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
