A leading healthcare provider in Canada is seeking a physician for a 100% outpatient primary care role with a negotiable salary starting at $330,000. This position entails no call obligations or weekends, averaging 19-20 patients per day. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more. The facility is committed to serving medically under-served populations and offers support such as translators. Visa sponsorship is available. Housing stipend for the first year is negotiable.

100% Outpatient Primary Care – $330,000++ (negotiable)
- Federally qualified health center (FQHC)
- Internal Medicine, Med/Peds or Family medicine training required. BC/BE
- 35 minutes from Palm Springs, CA
- 100% outpatient practice with no call obligations or weekends. Will average 19-20 patients per 8-hour day.
- Group is starting a new ACGME accredited Family Medicine residnecy in July 2026

- Must be interested in working with and serving the medically under-served patient population. Spanish speaking is not required as they do have translators available as needed.

- Group is very negotiable on the salary, sign-on bonus and relocation bonus.
- Housing stipend negotiatiable for first year
- Visa sponsorship is possible (J-1 through the HHS and H1B is cap-exempt)
