The position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $90,000 CAD per year and includes a comprehensive benefits package, fostering a collaborative environment focused on improving healthcare delivery.
At Verto Health, we’re transforming how healthcare organizations connect and collaborate through delivery of digital twin & AI-enabled journeys for population health. Our solutions use patented technology to transform structured and unstructured data, from any source, into seamless patient journeys - reducing administrative burden for clinicians. The VERTO™ platform has powered 11.5M+ patient visits and enhanced care across 100+ sites & 25+ health systems/regions & hospitals.
We’re a team of implementers, engineers, designers, and healthcare professionals united by curiosity, compassion, and a drive to make an impact. We believe that the best ideas come from collaboration—so we build in the open, learn continuously, and make sure our team sees their work in action!
Verto is a hybrid company with a remote-first approach. While most of our team works remotely within the GTA, we encourage in-office collaboration at OneEleven (downtown Toronto).
As an Implementations Specialist, you will join Verto’s Clinical Implementations team. You will play a critical role in the optimization and frontline deployment of the Verto platform across diverse clinical environments.
This is a highly visible, customer facing role that sits at the intersection of clinical workflows, technology, and change management. You will work directly with physicians, specialists, clinical staff, administrators, patients, and caregivers to assess workflows, gather requirements, configure solutions, and support successful rollouts.
This role is ideal for someone in an early to mid career in health informatics or clinical technology who enjoys variety, thrives in fast paced environments, and can comfortably shift between clinical requirements gathering, basic project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and hands on implementation.
Note: This role is a maternity leave coverage position and will be offered as an indefinite-term contract.
This role includes required travel to external clinical sites and is classified as Working Environment Risk Level 2.
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $90,000 CAD per year, depending on experience, skills, and alignment with the role.
In addition to base compensation, Verto Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health and dental coverage, paid time off, professional development support, and flexible work arrangements.
Compensation is reviewed regularly to ensure fairness, market alignment, and internal equity.
Verto Health may use artificial intelligence enabled tools during parts of the recruitment process to support administrative and efficiency focused tasks. This may include tools used for scheduling, note taking during interviews, or summarizing candidate information.
