What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Drive all aspects of project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and communication
• Manage customer expectations and ensure quality deliverables from the project team
• Provide team leadership, priority setting, decision-making, and problem-solving
• Resolve project issues and delays to ensure timely implementation
• Prepare and report on project forecasts to management for all assigned projects

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations in a B2B context
• Experience negotiating resources and deliverables within a matrix organization and with third-party vendors
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make independent decisions quickly
• Proven financial acumen, managing projects valued at $1.5M to $10M
• Intermediate experience with MS Suite of products (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Local government/Utility sector software implementation experience
• PMP Certification
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud solutions and concepts
• French speakers have an advantage
