A leading logistics and customs brokerage firm in Windsor is seeking an Ecommerce Data Analyst to analyze customs documents and prepare shipments. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in the Customs Brokerage industry, advanced Excel skills, and a College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs. - CCS or other Customs designation(s) is considered an asset.

Reporting to the Department Manager, the Ecommerce Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing documents and preparing customs shipments. The candidate will also be responsible for uploading data into the system, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all customs processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills such as PIVOT tables, VLOOKUP, and other functions
- 2-3 years of experience in the Customs Brokerage industry is preferred
- College Diploma in International Transportation & Customs or related field is preferred
- Experience in CargoWise One system is considered an asset
- CCS or other Customs designation(s) is considered an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze large volumes of data
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently
- Highly organized and an outstanding ability to multi-task
