Joining our Atlantic Operations team, Schedulers are responsible for monitoring and actioning all employee and client schedules. Schedulers will generate call lists and open shift lists to fulfill coverage requirements and communicate with respective groups, clients, and site leadership in the Atlantic region. Hours: Must be available days, evenings, weekends, and overnight.

• Make outgoing calls to contact off-duty employees actively to provide schedules.
• Record and track statistics, ensuring all casual employees are actively working.
• Maintain records of inactive employees and employee availabilities.
• Understand full compliance requirements and priority coverages for each site.

• Fluent in English to give clear, concise directions.
• Confident and capable of remaining composed under pressure, especially in emergency situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Demonstrate high customer service skills.
• Scheduling and security experience is an asset.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

High School Diploma or GED.
