A leading financial services provider in Toronto is seeking a Data Analyst to manage and optimize data processes for plan sponsor onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, strong skills in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication abilities. The Plan Member Administration (PMA) team is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Analyst to support the team in managing and optimizing data processes for plan sponsor onboarding and ongoing administration. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data integrity and operational excellence, directly contributing to our mission of delivering high-quality service to our clients. You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative environment where your expertise in data and communication will help shape the future of PMA operations.
