Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech-driven environment.

  • Demonstrated success in agile product development and backlog management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in product ownership or product management preferred.

Overview

Description The Reporting Insights & Analytics team is on a mission to harness the power of data to guide strategic decisions and improve business operations. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer this team collaborates closely with C-Suite executives and Business Unit leaders to develop products refine processes and generate actionable insights on a global scale.

As a team member you will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across various areas including Sales & Pipeline Engagement Economics and Capacity Planning. Your responsibilities will include working with leadership to establish measure and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensuring that the organization stays on track with its strategic addition to analyzing data and identifying trends you will be responsible for synthesizing business requirements and clearly communicating product designs to the Data Engineers and Data Science teams. This role requires a blend of strong analytical skills effective communication and the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Role Overview

As Product Owner you will lead the global transformation of Krolls Insights & Analytics capabilitiesdriving the design and delivery of intelligent data-powered solutions that directly influence strategic decisions across the business. This is a high-visibility role at the forefront of innovation responsible for shaping how Kroll measures what matters most.

You will work cross-functionally to ensure that insights are not only technically sound but also actionable timely and aligned with business priorities. Your work will empower leaders with the clarity and confidence to make data-informed decisions that move the business forward. From defining KPIs that reflect true value to building feedback loops that drive continuous improvement you will be instrumental in embedding data into the fabric of how Kroll operates.

Day to Day Responsibilities
