Job summary
A government agency is seeking a candidate for a role requiring onsite work in London, Ontario. The successful applicant will develop budgets, oversee staff, recruit, and ensure compliance with health regulations. The role emphasizes negotiation with suppliers and clients, as well as participation in marketing initiatives. Candidates must have a college diploma and 2–3 years of relevant experience. - Develop budget to determine cost of food and supplies.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Recruit staff.
- Implement operational procedures for services offered.
- Complete balance sheets and cash reports.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients.
- Participate in marketing plans.

- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
