At the Overlander Mountain Lodge & Stone Peak Restaurant, we offer premium staff housing at affordable rates, on-site wellness programs (including a brand-new yoga space, and on-site gym), and a beautiful location perfect for spending your summer in the great outdoors. We have flexible start/end dates available making this position perfect for students as well.

Contract start dates are available in March, April, and May!
- Knowledge of the restaurant including all products, menus, and promotions
- Take orders, answer menu and beverage-related inquiries, explain daily features, place orders with kitchen
- Ensure food is presented with an exceptional level of detail before delivering it to guests
- Delivery of food & beverages to tables in the dining room
- Process bills and take payment
- Provide the highest quality of service at all times
- Clear, set, polish and clean tables, glassware & utensils
- Preparation of dining room & service stands before, after & during each service
- Fluent in English
- Ability to commit to a seasonal contract
- Flexible in scheduling to meet business levels
- Highly self-motivated, with a can-do attitude that is willing to achieve excellence
- Strong teamwork skills
- Able to work in an organized and efficient manner while adhering to high-quality standards
1 year of serving/bartending experience
Valid ProServe certification or equivalent
