Long View is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager for our Calgary office who is passionate about delivering large and complex IT infrastructure for multiple clients. You enjoy building relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and project teams and you have an analytical mind, technical experience, creative problem-solving ability, and a strong curiosity about technology solutions that help businesses across various industries.

• Leverage expertise to support clients in the areas of project planning and management as required
• Support a team of technology experts and clients to deliver agreed-upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
• Manage multiple client-facing projects simultaneously that will vary in technologies. This includes all aspects of the project over the project life cycle to ensure the constraints are effectively managed (cost, schedule, risk, quality, people)
• Act as a consultant and trusted advisor, working closely with management, technical teams and stakeholders
• Guide projects from conception to final implementation and measuring the results in a data-driven manner

• 10+ years of experience in a Project Manager position with a focus on large-scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations
• Experience managing digital transformation or IT infrastructure projects such as
• Network upgrades or replacements (Cisco and/or Palo Alto)
• Virtualization transitions (e.g., VMware to Nutanix preferred)
• Microsoft SQL Server upgrades across multiple versions
• Windows Server upgrades
• Linux Server upgrades (RedHat and/or CentOS)
• Storage infrastructure upgrades
• Exceptional communication skills
• Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
• Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders
• Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects
• Proven experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies

• Previous consulting experience
• Microsoft certifications
• PMP certification
• Agile certification

$92,520 - $121,438 a year

Expected Salary Range plus 10% variable earnings
