The Systems Architect Director role is to strategically design and implement in‑house information systems and networked software architectures that support core organizational functions and assure their high availability. This individual will gain organizational commitment for all systems and software plans, as well as evaluate and select all technologies required to complete those plans. In addition, the Systems Architect Director provides technical leadership across the organization, from strategic decision making to the project planning level.
Location: Open to a candidate working out of our Toronto, Halton Hills or Vancouver, B.C. This role is required to work in‑branch 4 days per week subject to the Company’s branch policy and operational requirements.

In adherence to the principle of pay transparency, we are pleased to disclose the base pay for this full‑time position at Metrie. The base pay range for this role is set at $145,000–$165,000. It is important to note that this position may also qualify for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. The specific base pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location.
