A regional health authority is seeking a Social Worker for the Youth Intensive Case Management Team in Bella Bella, BC. The role focuses on providing comprehensive, culturally safe, and trauma-informed care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must have a Master's in Social Work, registration with the BC College of Social Workers, and demonstrate strong skills in crisis intervention and communication.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work plus two years of related experience.
- Current full registration with the British Columbia College of Social Workers.
- Valid BC Drivers License.
Responsabilités
- Provide direct care activities including psycho-social assessments and care plan development.
- Facilitate care coordination among multidisciplinary teams.
- Establish and enhance therapeutic relationships with clients.
