The Municipal Services Office (MSO) provides operational guidance and capacity building for municipal and service manager clients to build strong communities and accountable local governments. The MSO anticipates regional issues, communicates key priorities, and helps municipalities access government programs.

• Leading and inspiring a team of five seasoned professionals delivering municipal advisory services and housing programs.
• Managing complex municipal issues from financial challenges to governance concerns and providing clear recommendations.
• Engaging stakeholders across 34 municipalities and three housing service managers, building trust and collaboration.
• Supporting provincial priorities through policy advice and developing strategic options for decision‑makers.
• Driving cross‑ministry collaboration and expanding your influence across the Ontario Public Service.
