A community housing organization is seeking a Tenant Relations Officer to provide excellent service to tenants in the Sawewihtotan Supportive Family Housing Project. Responsibilities include tenant selection and ensuring adherence to move-in/move-out processes. The position is supervised by the Cress Housing Tenant Relations Manager and is a term role ending March 31, 2026, with the possibility of extension based on funding availability.
Under the supervision of the Cress Housing Tenant Relations Manager, the Tenant Relations Officer will work directly with the Sawewihtotan Supportive Family Housing Project to provide excellent service and assistance to tenants by approved policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, tenant selection; safeguarding of assets; ensuring move-in/move-out processes are followed; handling of issues, details, and related administrative tasks. The Tenant Relations Officer will follow the Saskatoon Tribal Council Personnel and Financial Policies, as well as the guidelines and procedures of Cress Housing and the Sawewihtotan Project. This is a term position ending March 31, 2026, with possible extension subject to funding.
