We have exciting opportunities for individuals to join VCS as a Teacher on Call (TOC). These important roles support the school when there is a need for additional staff due to special events or teacher absences, and are often opportunities for people to get familiar with our school and community before applying for more permanent roles within the school. Whether you are looking for part-time hours or casual opportunities, wanting to gain further teaching experience, or simply enjoy the variety of teaching at different schools in different grades and subjects, we would welcome your interest in joining our TOC team.

Salary: $300 per day ($42.86 per hour)

Requirements

At VCS, we require TOCs for all grades and specialities. To be considered for a TOC position, you are a certified teacher in British Columbia or alternatively, if you are not certified, you will have experience working with children and youth in different specialities and grades.
