As a member of our dedicated and high-performing multifunctional team, you will play a crucial role in providing patients with an integrated and seamless experience by offering education and follow-up on our various therapies. Your responsibilities will also include supporting and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals to optimize patient clinical outcomes. Working closely with nursing colleagues and reimbursement specialists across the country, you will contribute to ensuring adequate national coverage and delivering a cohesive and positive experience.
For this position, the majority of your work will be conducted over the phone, following a flexible schedule during regular business hours (8am-8pm EST, Monday through Friday, with shifts such as 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm), focusing on incoming calls and periodic follow-ups. Additionally, there will be opportunities for occasional face-to-face meetings with clinics and patients. It is essential to meticulously document your interactions in a database and adhere to ethical standards and pharmacovigilance rules. Travel up to 5% may be required.
You are a Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing, with at least 3 years of experience, able to work autonomously from your home office. Using your excellent communication and collaboration skills, you thrive on helping patients optimize their outcomes. You are a fast learner with excellent time management skills, enabling you to support multiple demanding tasks.
Remote work from home covering Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
