Description:

WHO WE ARE:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, permanent role. The schedule includes 3 days Monday to Friday, and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are mandatory. Working hours are from 9AM to 5PM.

The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service across multiple channels, supporting our efforts to ensure customer satisfaction by responding professionally and courteously to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, main responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main company and brand representative of Ardene for over 300 stores across North America;
  • Responding to customer emails, calls, and inquiries daily;
  • Identifying customer needs and responding accordingly following established processes;
  • Collaborating with internal departments to meet customer needs and adhere to brand guidelines;
  • Assisting the e-commerce department during peak periods;
  • Performing other tasks as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Fluent in both English and French, written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish is a strong asset;
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail, sales, or call center environment;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • A positive attitude and customer-focused approach;
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and strong typing skills;
  • Comfort with assessing customer needs via phone and email;
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team;
  • Strong leadership skills and results orientation;
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced and sensitive situations;
  • Availability to work from Ardene's Head Office in Laval during weekdays and from home on weekends;
  • Willingness to work weekends during busy periods.
