This role involves receiving inbound sales calls, making recommendations, and following up on inquiries. The ideal candidate is proficient in both French Canadian and English, has strong problem-solving abilities, and is sales-driven. Offering competitive pay between $18.00 and $19.00 per hour plus a monthly bonus incentive, this fully remote position also includes health insurance and paid time off.

SmartStop® Sales Center Agents receive inbound sales calls from customers and assist them by making appropriate recommendations for their storage needs, answering their questions, and taking payments. Sales Center Agents also make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and rental reservations.
