• Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and cloud computing solutions.
• Working knowledge of application development processes.
• Working knowledge of computer networking (firewalls, routing, etc.).
• Knowledge of configuration, policy, and event workflows.
• Direct experience in supporting security tools.
• Experience working within a service management framework.
• Knowledge of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for incidents and requests related to AI Defense.
• Monitor and handle tickets assigned to support queues.
• Develop a deep understanding of AI defense products.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documents.
• Support change management activities for product upgrades.
• Assist technical leads in configuring applications.
• Respond to escalations from application support teams.
• Assist the technical lead in testing product upgrades.
