Remote Financial Analyst — Municipal Budget & Forecasting
Job summary
A municipal government office in Greater Sudbury is seeking a financial planning professional. Qualifications
- Over 2.5 years of related budgeting and/or accounting experience.
- Knowledge of municipal fund accounting and related legislation.
- Ability to prepare capital and operating budgets for the City of Greater Sudbury.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate departmental budget submissions and provide financial advice.
- Analyse, monitor and report on Capital and Operating Budget variances.
- Prepare year-end financial working papers and audit files.
