We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement, supporting accurate accounting operations and informed business decisions.

What you’re responsible for:
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analyses
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and company policies
  • Support internal and external audits, including documentation and audit requests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, operations, and leadership teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Mentor junior accounting staff as needed
To join our team:
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
  • You are a CPA or CPA-eligible preferred
  • You have 4–7+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience
  • You have Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • You have Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
  • You have Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Workday)
  • You have Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • You have the Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
