Customer Experience Coordinator who brings clarity, care, and confidence to every interaction with homeseekers and customers. You’ll support customer inquiries, assist sales reps, and coordinate accurate payment processing, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience at every stage of the REW.ca journey.
In this role, you’ll streamline workflows, improve response times, and uphold our service standards while collaborating closely with sales and finance teams. Annual base salary for this role is CA$55,000 - $60,000, dependant on experience.
Please note, this is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in our Olympic Village office.
