They are currently looking for account executives to focus on new business, potentially inherit existing portfolios and to ensure they have a nice handover process in place where there are retirements on the horizon.
Ideal candidates will be professional and ambitious and wanting to join a quality business with genuine long-term career progression available.
- Previous experience in a similar role with a good all-round knowledge of most classes of commercial insurance.
- Client focused with a good eye for new business.
- Able to sell based on service and quality rather than just price.
- Good “new business radar” to spot opportunities to attract new clients via referrals, recommendations, and networking.
