The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in architecture, engineering, or construction, and a strong knowledge of Autodesk products. Fluency in both French and English is essential for interaction with clients and teams. This role involves managing client portfolios and executing sales contracts.

Overview

  1. Prospecting, outreach, and acquisition of new business opportunities, in addition to managing existing key client contracts.
  2. Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
  3. Execute and negotiate orders, pricing, and contractual discussions.
  4. Maintain regular communication with engineering, development, and administrative teams.
  5. Manage and prepare contracts in collaboration with Customer Success, technical staff, and sales support advisors.
  6. Support marketing and sales activities such as client events and trade shows.

Responsibilities

  1. Minimum of 3 years of full B2B sales experience (from prospecting to closing).
  2. Knowledge of software, ideally Autodesk products (ACC, Revit, BIM, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM 360, etc.).
  3. Technical understanding of the software/SaaS industry.
  4. Experience in sales within architecture, engineering, or construction fields is highly desirable.

Interview Process

  1. Introduction meeting and discussion with John, talent acquisition partner.
  2. Pre-screening interview with Sébastien, Sales Director.
  3. Pre-screening interview with a peer or key stakeholder.
  4. Final interview.

Fluent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written, are required for interactions with clients and non-French speaking teams (Canada outside Quebec, USA, Europe).
