Job description

Generate qualified leads, align prospects with targeted industries and programs, and create sales opportunities for Client Executives (CEs). Work closely with the Client Executive team and engage prospects through cold outreach to bridge the gap between lead generation and CE engagement. This role will directly contribute to pipeline expansion and new revenue generation. The ideal candidate is confident, persistent, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and Research Leads: Conduct market research to identify potential leads and gather relevant information about them.
  2. Engage with Prospects: Reach out to potential clients proactively through email, phone calls, and social media to introduce the company and its offerings.
  3. Qualify Leads: Assess the interest and readiness of leads to purchase, ensuring that only the most promising leads are passed to the sales team.
  4. Pipeline Management: Maintain and develop a clean, up-to-date pipeline of qualified leads. Conduct follow-ups consistently to advance conversations and move prospects through the pipeline.
  5. Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  6. Maintain CRM Systems: Update and manage the CRM system with accurate lead information and interactions.
  7. Analyze Metrics: Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications

  1. Proven Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  2. Prospecting: Comfortable and confident with high-volume cold calling and email prospecting.
  3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage potential clients.
  4. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  5. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
  6. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to refine lead generation processes and improve conversion rates.
  7. Goal-Oriented: A proactive approach to lead generation, ensuring a robust and active sales pipeline.
