Elementary School Principal - Grades K - 4
The Principal will lead and develop a dynamic team of educators who will help students realize their personal academic potential and develop a close personal relationship with Jesus so that they will be better equipped to transform their world for Christ.
The Elementary School Principal will uphold the BCS Mission of "Teaching Minds, Reaching Hearts, Transforming Our World" and our Vision of "Joining with the family to realize personal academic excellence and Christ-like character in each student." The Elementary School Principal will work within their area of responsibility to contribute to the overall success of BCS, always working with BCS's best interest in mind.
The Elementary School Principal will also be a collaborative member of the Bearspaw Christian School (BCS) Leadership Team. This team involves leaders who support both the educational and corporate / business elements of the school. Principals and the Director of Discipleship are the education or student-facing leaders at BCS. The corporate / business dimensions of the school include the Director of Finance, Director of Operations, and Director of Development and Community Relations.
