Reporting to the Associate Director, Graduate Academic Services and working closely with the Finance Manager, the Graduate Funding and Awards Officer plays a vital role in the administration and disbursement of graduate funding and awards within the Department of Computer Science. As a key member of a collaborative team, the Officer enhances the quality of graduate student services by ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of funding packages, awards, and stipend payments. The incumbent provides guidance and support throughout the funding cycle, interpreting policies, procedures, and guidelines while maintaining clear communication with students and stakeholders. Utilizing systems such as ROSI, the Officer monitors and reconciles graduate funding and award accounts, prepares complex statistical and financial reports to inform decision-making, and safeguards the integrity of award records and data entry. This position is central to supporting the graduate community by upholding accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in all aspects of graduate funding administration.
