What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Define and drive the talent development roadmap for onboarding and manager/leader development programs
  • Lead programs from inception to scale, optimizing existing processes while rethinking foundational elements
  • Design and partner to create just-in-time training experiences tailored to key user personas
  • Apply a data-driven product mindset to evaluate program effectiveness and inform continuous iteration
  • Serve as the central project manager, translating strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven ability to build programs from the ground up, delivering end-to-end solutions from inception to launch
  • Experience balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis and impactful solutions
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Proven ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders through clear communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working in a fully remote or distributed environment
  • Prior experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or People Operations
  • Familiarity with modern HR or L&D technology platforms
  • Live or virtual facilitation experience leading learning and development programs
