Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Sales Floor Team Member to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting sales activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with product inquiries and purchases
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of electrical products and solutions to offer informed recommendations
• Support sales activities and ensure merchandise is well-presented and fully stocked
• Assist with inventory control, including restocking, labeling, and maintaining accurate records
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and operational objectives

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Valid Full G driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Organizational and Inventory Management skills
• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Efficient computer and typing skills (25 words per minute)
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, respectful; able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in retail or wholesale environments is a plus

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
