Job summary

A leading insurance brokerage is seeking a Sales Performance Consultant to enhance sales training and enablement. You will provide expert coaching, facilitate customized training programs, and engage with stakeholders to drive sales effectiveness. Successful candidates will have a solid background in sales, coaching, and project management. This role may require up to 50% travel and offers the flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in sales training, coaching, and employee development.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on selling experience in Commercial Lines Insurance or Employee Benefits.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work from home when not traveling.

Responsibilities

  • Provide live and remote coaching to producers and advisors.
  • Facilitate sales training programs customized for regional needs.
  • Design and deliver workshops in partnership with leadership.
  • Mentor junior staff and improve team performance.
  • Monitor and refine training effectiveness, identifying emerging needs.
