  • Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Maintain project files and records in digital and hard copy formats.
  • Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance.
  • Participate in site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team.

Position Overview

The Project Coordinator will provide essential support to the project management team throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves assisting with documentation, scheduling, procurement, and coordination of project activities to ensure successful execution. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with the planning, execution, and closeout of ICI construction projects.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Maintain project files, drawings, and records in both digital and hard copy formats.
  • Assist with contract administration and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Participate in site meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project team and act as a point of communication for stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 24 years of experience in a project coordination role, preferably within the ICI construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, documentation, and terminology.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is an asset.
