We are seeking a Principal Revenue Operations Manager—a rare blend of strategist, builder, and innovator—to join our Revenue Operations team. This role focuses on GTM strategy, advanced tooling, and growth engineering. You will lead initiatives that drive revenue growth, scale GTM systems, and deploy AI and automation tactics across our pipeline. You will collaborate with leaders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to attract, engage, and convert prospects, while building replicable systems that future-proof growth. This role specifically starts focused on top-of-funnel and AI portfolios.
The Principal Revenue Operations Manager will do:

This role has a minimum annual salary of $151,200, a midpoint of $177,900, and a maximum of $204,500, reflecting progression from learning to excellence. The compensation approach considers skills, experience, and role complexity, with room for growth. Base salary is part of a total package including equity rewards, health stipends, retirement savings matching, and comprehensive health coverage.
