Une entreprise dynamique située à Mississauga cherche à embaucher un(e) adjoint(e) administratif(ve) permanent(e). Vous serez responsable de gérer les procédures administratives, de former le personnel et de veiller à ce que les délais soient respectés. Le candidat idéal doit avoir un certificat de graduation de l'école secondaire et au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement administrativement chargé.

Qualifications

  • Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle administratif.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement rapide.
  • Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et attention aux détails.

Overview

Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
