What We're Looking For
  • In-office Expectations : This role is expected to work out of our Toronto Office 3 days a week
  • Studio71 Canada is looking for a results-driven and extremely organized Jr. Campaign Manager with a strong passion for digital advertising. The successful candidate is obsessed with delivering white-glove customer service, will take a detail-oriented approach, have an exceptional ability to multi-task, and be a self-starter that gets the job done with a positive attitude. Extreme organization, exceptional communication, and proactivity are essential qualities. This candidate must be receptive to administrative tasks required to fulfill their duties. They should be confident to speak up, contribute ideas, and challenge others. We expect the candidate to learn quickly and adopt Studio71’s processes for campaign execution with a results-driven mindset. This role works out of Toronto and is part of the broader Sales team with core responsibilities to our Canadian business operations.

  • Work Ethic : The position requires careful, deliberate, and timely execution of work, with a systematic and patient approach to technical information and processes. It demands high-quality, precise work, effective communication, and a disciplined, conscientious attitude.
  • Responsibilities : Reporting to the Director of Sales, supporting Account Executives with sales and campaign execution, working cross-functionally with Ad Operations, legal, talent, finance, and sales teams, managing campaign details from start to finish, including reporting, optimization, and client communication. Approximately 90% digital media campaigns, 10% custom content campaigns, involving tasks like managing inventory, analyzing data, sourcing talent, and managing budgets. Providing administrative support to the Senior Account Manager.
  • Qualifications : 0-2 years of campaign coordination experience, post-secondary education in Marketing/Advertising or similar, interest in YouTube and social media, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Mac OS.
  • Personality & Qualities : Proactive, positive, passionate, deadline-oriented, highly organized, independent, problem solver, strategic thinker, entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Nice-to-Haves : Experience with Google Ads suite, Salesforce, digital campaign optimization, influencer management, reporting dashboards, bilingual in English and French.
