A leading recruitment agency is seeking an HR Business Partner in Vancouver. This role involves managing recruitment, performance management, and employee relations. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years as a generalist and 2 years as a Business Partner. The compensation ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 based on experience, along with competitive benefits.

Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting multiple client groups and assist with planning and implementing HR programs, supporting compensation and performance management, lead recruitment efforts and coaching and advising management. The HR Business Partner is a hands-on role that will include related HR administration and requires collaboration across multiple teams.
